Getting Started

Step 1: Reach Out

Either reach out to me directly (text, email, contact form) or go a head and book a consultation call directly via the booking link. Either way, we will schedule a free consultation call. Before the consultation call you will fill out a brief prescreener form.

Step 2: Consultation Call

We’ll meet via video or phone for a 15-minute conversation where you’ll tell me more about what has you reaching out for therapy. You can ask me questions and I’ll tell you a bit about my approach. If it seems like a good fit, we’ll book the intake session. If you’re paying out-of-pocket, we’ll discuss the fee and sliding scale options, if requested.

Step 3: Intake Paperwork

If we both feel it’s a good fit, I will send you some intake paperwork to fill out. If you will be using insurance to pay for sessions, you will make a Headway account to verify your benefits and find out your session copay amount.

Step 4: Intake Appointment

For the first full session, I will ask a series of question to get a fuller picture of your past and present and we will begin collaboratively setting goals for our work together.
